Dr. Fatula received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the
Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2006 and is fully
licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He has received an award
for clinical excellence in eyecare. He is an active member of the
American and Pennsylvania Optometric Associations. Dr. Fatula
also has a degree in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College.
Personal Information
Dr. Fatula is a primary care optometrist serving patients of all
ages. He provides a wide variety of vision services including
prescribing glasses and contact lenses, vision therapy for
children, pediatric exams diabetic eye exams, diagnosing and
managing eye diseases and more. Dr. Fatula, his wife Crystal and
daughter Maya are lifelong residents of DuBois.
